Kim Jong Il is the founder of a political music style that allows music to serve as a powerful political weapon. For instance, Mansudae Art Studio and Sea of Blood Opera Troupe, the most admired musicians of Kims, were not allowed to sing the song of love and freedom but sang of Kim's leadership. Kim Jong Un’s idea of dictatorship has been revealed not just in his political decisions, but also in the music of the nation. His political musicians sing the song of Disney and dress up like some American singers. Recently, Kim Jong Un has stated old North Korean political music should be remade to add more freedom to it. Therefore, this North Korean Hiphop Music Video is an example of a political music video that could happen in North Korea within ten, or twenty years. Celine has composed with James Joh and she sang as Moranbong. Then she edited the film which was shot by Hiroki Yokoyama.

김정일은 음악이 강력한 정치적 무기로 작용할 수 있는 정치적 음악 스타일을 창시한 인물이다. 예를 들어, 만수대 예술단과 혈의 바다 오페라 단은 김정일의 가장 존경받는 음악가들 중 하나로, 사랑과 자유의 노래를 부를 수 없었으며 김정일의 지도력에 대한 노래를 불렀다. 김정은의 독재 이념은 정치적 결정뿐만 아니라 국가 음악에서도 드러났다. 그의 정치적 음악가들은 디즈니의 노래를 불러 미국 가수처럼 의상을 입고 공연한다. 최근에는 김정은이 전통적인 북한 정치음악에 더 많은 자유를 추가하도록 다시 만들어야 한다고 발언했다. 따라서 이 북한 힙합 음악 비디오는 10~20년 안에 북한에서 발생할 수 있는 정치적 음악 비디오의 한 예시이다. 셀린은 제임스 조와 함께 작사한 가사를 토대로, 스스로 '모란봉'이라는 이름의 가수로써 노래를 부르고, 히로키 요코야마가 촬영한 영상을 편집했다.
